In Aperio eSlide Manager, user groups are provided to give users with similar work requirements the same access permissions. To work with user groups, select User Group Management from the Administrative menu.
User Groups that have been defined in Aperio eSlide Manager are listed on this page. Note that user groups names that begin with an underscore character are system user groups and cannot be deleted and their name and description cannot be changed..
You can perform the following tasks:
Click Add to define a new user group (see Adding a New User Group).
Click Edit to edit the user group name and description. You can also assign users to this user group (see Assigning Users to User Groups).
Click Delete to delete the user group.
Note that you can sort the user groups on this page either by clicking on a column title or by using the Sort command to perform a multi-column sort. See Sorting for details.
