When you click an icon from the main Aperio eSlide Manager page or select All <data type> (as List) command from a menu in the main menu bar, you go to a list page that contains a list of the selected data that you can access based on your user permissions. The list is laid out in table format with columns containing information about each item that is listed. These columns vary according to how Aperio eSlide Manager has been configured, but all list views contain:
Identifying information unique to that type of data.
An icon designating each listed item.
A check box ☐ for selecting each entry in the list.
The commands you see at the top of the list vary depending on the type of data on the list page. You might see several of these commands:
Sort - You can perform a simple sort by clicking any underlined column title to sort the data by that column. Or, you can click the Sort command to perform a more advanced multi-column sort. See Sorting for details.
New - Allows you to add a new item.
Open Data - Opens the information page for the item or items you have selected.
Delete - Deletes the item or items you have selected.
Analyze - If you are using an eSlide list page, you can perform batch analyses on one or more eSlides.
View Images - If you are using a Specimen or eSlide list page, you can open the image in a viewer.
Move, Copy, Clone To - These commands allow you to move, copy, or clone an eSlide or specimen. See Moving or Copying Images and Cloning Data.
Assign To - This command allows you to assign the selected item to parent data (for example, assigning an eSlide to a case) if the item is not already assigned.
Export Data - Allows you to export data from the selected item in your preferred format (csv, txt, etc.)
View Audits - (Available only if the Compliance module is installed and licensed and if your user role allows using regulatory compliance features.) Allows you to produce and view an audit report for the selected items by entering filter criteria, including start/stop date, user name and type of operation performed. After selecting filters, click Display to view the audit report, Reset to clear your entries or Initialize to view and select Configuration Table and Data Table criteria to include in the audit report.
