When you log into Aperio eSlide Manager as a system administrator and select the Genie data hierarchy, you can add, edit or delete annotation templates to be applied to slides in a Training Set.
Select Genie Annotation Templates from the Administrative menu.
When the Annotation Template page appears, you will see a list of all the templates, the number of layers in each, and links for editing or deleting them.
To revise or remove an annotation template, click the Edit or Delete link by its name.
NOTE: Be sure to carefully consider the placement and color of the layers in the template to ensure maximum ease in differentiating between annotated regions. In the examples below, note the dramatic differences between the regions, which are hard to distinguish on the original slide and have vivid contrast after application of the annotation template.
