To analyze an eSlide, you need to select and run an algorithm macro from the Analysis Macros page.
Click Macros on the Analysis menu in the Aperio eSlide Manager main menu bar.
The Analysis Macros page has two sections. The top section lists existing analysis macros and the lower section displays classifiers. In the top section you can:
Click the name of any column to sort the macro listings by the values in that column.
Click Delete to remove the analysis macro.
Click Add to add a new analysis macro.
There are several features of this page that make it easy to find the macro you want to use:
Select All Macros to see all of the macros available; select My Macros to see just the macros you created.
Sort macros by clicking any underlined column title to sort by the data in that column.
Start typing a macro name in the Search box; only the macros that contain those characters in their name are listed.
For a multi-column sort, click the Sort command at the top of the list. (See Sorting for more information.)
If your Aperio eSlide Manager location uses classifiers for algorithm pre-processing, the bottom pane of the page lists the classifiers that are available for use.
To export a classifier:
Logged in as an eSlide Manager administrator, go to the Analysis menu and select Macros.
On the Analysis Macros page, choose a classifier in the Classifiers section and click Export.
Your Internet browser displays its standard window for saving a file; save the file to your disk. The file is saved with a .GSF extension.
