The Aperio eSlide Manager administrator can structure the free-text search for the Aperio eSlide Manager location to provide a user experience tailored to your site's needs.
To customize the free-text search:
Go to the Administrative menu and select Search Settings.
On the Search Fields page, click the drop-down list at the top of the page select either Search Fields to define the data fields the operators can search for or Display Fields to define the data fields that will be returned by the search. (Data table fields that are not set to visible status will not appear as choices in these lists.)
Now you can select which fields to search within or display (depending on the choice you made above). Drag fields from the Available to the Selected column (or select a field and use the < and > buttons to move it).
To search for specific fields, type a few characters in the Available or Selected list search box; as you type, only the fields containing those characters will be displayed in the list.
