If the Compliance module has been licensed on your Aperio eSlide Manager location, you can generate audit reports for cases, projects, courses, specimens, lessons, sides, training sets, etc. based on the audit criteria you select. You must have administrator privileges to do so. To select audit criteria, do the following:
On the Administrative menu in Aperio eSlide Manager, select Audit Trails.
The audit criteria window appears. In the top window pane, Configuration Tables, select the fields you wish to use in configuring audit trail reports by checking their associated boxes. To select or deselect all possible configuration fields, check or uncheck the first box in the list.
The middle window pane, Data Tables, allows you to select which data tables you wish to add to the audit trail report. To select all, check the first box in the list.
The lower window pane, Filters for Audit Report, allows you to apply such filters as start and stop date and time, user, and operation types (insert, update, delete, or access) to include in your report.
When you have made all of your selections, you can:
click Display to view the results on-screen and then generate the report or export the data.
click Reset to return to the original contents of all fields.
